What’s On Offer
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administration Assistant to join us on a 6-month contract supporting a critical ERP stabilisation program across the business.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a large-scale transformation project, where you’ll play a key role in supporting system improvements, ensuring data accuracy, and helping teams’ transition smoothly into new ways of working.
Working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and system users, you’ll provide hands-on administrative and coordination support across the ERP environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day administration across ERP stabilisation activities
- Maintaining and updating system data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Assisting with issue tracking, logging, and resolution coordination
- Preparing reports, documentation, and system updates for stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, actions, and follow-ups across project teams
- Supporting process improvements and documentation of workflows
- Providing general administrative support to the wider transformation team
About You
You’re highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy problem-solving, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support change
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. D365, SAP or similar) is desired
