The Opportunity

We are looking for a detail oriented AP Reconciliation Officer to join our Accounts Payable team on a 6 month contract in Docklands. 

You will play a key role in keeping supplier accounts accurate and up to date. Day to day, you’ll focus on reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and supporting month end, while working closely with both internal teams and suppliers.

This role offers an immediate start and is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and contributing from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Reconcile supplier statements against AP ledgers
  • Investigate and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Verify, code and process invoices and credit notes
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Support month end activities and ledger maintenance
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Contribute to process improvements

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in administration, data entry, bookkeeping or Accounts Payable
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and priorities
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn quickly
