The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate sales estimates for our single-story home builds and assisting key departments across the business. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare accurate construction contracts in line with deadlines
  • Reach individual and team targets (weekly and monthly)
  • Liaise with Sales and other departments to resolve queries
  • Process costing requests and site cost adjustments
  • Review and proof all work for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate base model costings
  • Interpret contracts, plans, codes, and regulations with precision

What You’ll Bring

  • Sales estimating or scheduling experience in residential construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and processes
  • Confident using and learning new software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Resilient, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
