Based in Docklands (VIC) or Leederville (WA), with flexibility to work part-time in a job share capacity, or full-time, you’ll join a values-led organisation where culture, connection, and care are at the core of how we work.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll develop and deliver initiatives that promote a diverse, inclusive, and mentally healthy workplace. You’ll contribute to internal communication and education campaigns that raise awareness and foster inclusion, with a focus on delivering ABN Group’s people and culture strategy through a strong equity, inclusion, and wellbeing lens.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Partner with leaders and business units to embed DEI and wellbeing strategies
• Provide advice and coaching to build inclusive leadership capability
• Design, deliver, and evaluate initiatives that support a high-performing culture
• Monitor trends, legislation, and compliance to drive continuous improvement
• Engage external providers, community partners, and industry bodies
• Analyse data and assess impact against key DEI and wellbeing metrics

What You’ll Bring

You’re passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive—and you bring both professional expertise and lived experience to back it up. You have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing principles, with experience designing and delivering impactful programs—some focused on family and domestic violence, and LGBTQI+ inclusion.

You’re a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building trust and influencing at all levels. Resilient and purpose-driven, you know how to galvanise the workforce, inspire action, and drive lasting cultural change.
