Who Are We?

ABN Group is Australia’s leading construction, property, and finance company, operating across Victoria and Western Australia. We lead the market in every segment—from first homes to luxury residences—delivering the dream of home ownership. In Victoria, our brands include Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Resolve Finance, Honey Insurance, and BuildLab.

We Will Provide:

We offer a competitive salary, generous product discounts, reward and recognition programs, and a range of health and wellbeing benefits, including an Employee Assistance Program. Additional perks include a market-leading parental leave scheme, volunteer opportunities, and ongoing learning and development to support your career growth.

Our vibrant culture thrives on recognising and developing talent. You’ll enjoy regular social activities, work with a fantastic team, and be supported by approachable leaders with a clear and aligned vision.

What’s On Offer:

We’re re-advertising this rare opportunity to shape and embed ABN Group’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing. This is a nationally shared role, offered on a part-time basis in a job share arrangement—with one position based in Docklands (VIC) and the other in Leederville (WA).

You’ll collaborate closely with your counterpart in WA, senior leaders, the People team, and external partners to drive meaningful change across the business. This is your chance to join a values-led organisation where culture, connection, and care are at the core of how we work.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll lead initiatives that promote a diverse, inclusive, and mentally healthy workplace. From internal campaigns to strategic programs, you’ll help embed ABN Group’s people and culture strategy through a strong equity, inclusion, and wellbeing lens.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders and business units to embed DEI and wellbeing strategies
  • Providing advice and coaching to build inclusive leadership capability
  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives that support a high-performing culture
  • Monitoring trends, legislation, and compliance to drive continuous improvement
  • Engaging external providers, community partners, and industry bodies
  • Analysing data and assessing impact against key DEI and wellbeing metrics

What You’ll Bring:

You’re passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive—and you bring both professional expertise and lived experience to back it up. You have a strong understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing principles, with experience designing and delivering impactful programs—some focused on family and domestic violence, and LGBTQI+ inclusion.

You’re a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building trust and influencing at all levels. Resilient and purpose-driven, you know how to galvanise the workforce, inspire action, and drive lasting cultural change.

Why Join Us?

At ABN Group, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion, reflecting the communities we serve. Employment decisions are based on merit, and we welcome applications from all backgrounds.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
