This is a newly created role within the Product Release function and plays a critical part in how products move from concept through to market. You will have genuine influence across cross functional teams, clear ownership of delivery execution and the opportunity to shape and uplift how work gets done.

What you'll do
- Own the end to end product release delivery pipeline, ensuring clear priorities and on time, high quality delivery
- Lead monday.com as the central workflow platform, including governance, optimisation, adoption and reporting integrity
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and capacity, identifying bottlenecks and driving practical solutions
- Act as the central coordination point across Product Release and cross functional teams, chairing workflow forums and maintaining clear communication
- Coach Product Release Coordinators and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools and ways of working

Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to operate effectively in fast paced, complex environments

Proven experience managing workflows or delivery pipelines across multiple stakeholders

Confidence using workflow or project management tools, with exposure to monday.com highly regarded
