What’s On Offer

We’re currently seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join our Warranty team based in Docklands. This is a client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in managing warranty claims, coordinating trades and suppliers, and ensuring our customers receive timely and professional service.

You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values problem-solving, empathy, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships across the business and contribute to delivering exceptional post-build experiences.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Review and adjudicate warranty claims, coordinating works or inspections as needed
  • Manage up to 100 active jobs, ensuring timely communication and resolution
  • Liaise with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate outcomes
  • Schedule and follow up on works to ensure completion and quality
  • Support Warranty Site Managers and manage their calendars
  • Process invoices and manage weekly reports
  • Participate in the after-hours emergency phone roster (12 weeks per year)
