We’re looking to strengthen our Finance team and are excited to welcome passionate finance professionals ready to make an impact. Whether you're experienced in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, this is an incredible chance to join us during an exciting period of transformation— after the recent rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and with continuous process improvements underway.

You'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting the business as we evolve. Expect plenty of variety, ownership, and the chance to put your stamp on how we do things.

Who Are We?

ABN Group is Australia’s leading construction, property, and finance powerhouse, shaping the way people live across Western Australia and Victoria. For over 45 years, we’ve been turning the dream of home ownership into reality—crafting more than 90,000 homes, from first homes to luxury builds, while shaping industry standards and transforming communities.

With iconic brands such as Homebuyers Centre, Dale Alcock Homes and Resolve Finance, and with 1 in 4 customers referred by someone who trusts us, we continue to grow, innovate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Depending on your role, day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle or high-volume accounts payable processing
  • Raise, issue, and reconcile invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Solve discrepancies quickly and professionally
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Support month-end, audits, and compliance activities
  • Contribute to shaping the future of our finance systems and processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable (construction/ property a bonus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high transaction volumes
  • Knowledge of reconciliations, journals, and financial workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
  • A passion for improving processes and supporting a high-performing team
  • Experience in using a top ERP (AP, +OCR, 3 way matching and invoice issue triaging and resolution) D365 preferred
