- Work-Life Balance: Work from home flexibility once you’ve settled in.
- Fun & Social: Regular events (we love a good party!).
- Exclusive Discounts: Save on building your own home, as well as retail discounts
- Learning & Growth: Packed learning & development calendar, from the minute you join the business.
And most importantly — fun is one of our core values! Check out what we’re up to on Instagram: @abngroup.au
Your Impact
As a Customer Experience Coordinator your role is to help our customers turn their dream home into reality.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers and oversee every step of the preconstruction process—from signing the contract to construction—keeping timelines on track and customer experiences exceptional. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, the trusted partner who makes building a home exciting, not overwhelming.
No construction experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about customer service and have and have experience managing tasks, timelines, and outcomes in retail, hospitality, or events, you already have what it takes.
We’ll provide full training, ongoing development, and a clear pathway to grow into exciting future roles within ABN.
