Your Impact

As the Technical Service Specialist – Team Leader, you’ll lead the Tech Hub to deliver accurate, timely technical support across preconstruction and construction. Balancing hands-on problem solving with people leadership, you’ll manage workflows, set priorities, and step in to resolve complex queries when needed.

You’ll work closely with Construction, Drafting, Estimating and Customer teams to reduce friction, improve outcomes and keep projects moving. Through analysing trends, driving process improvements and developing targeted training, you’ll lift capability and quality across the operation.

Most importantly, you’ll create a positive, high-performing team environment — supporting your people, communicating change clearly, and celebrating wins along the way.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive leader with strong technical experience and a passion for improving how teams work.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading or coordinating a technical support, drafting, estimating or operations team
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • A hands-on approach, with confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven capability in process improvement, root cause analysis and workflow management
  • Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills
  • A positive, collaborative leadership style with a genuine focus on team development
