Dive Into A World Of Exciting Responsibilities

• Create compelling content using photography, videography, and written storytelling

• Manage and grow our social media accounts across multiple platforms

• Engage with customers, staff, and suppliers through digital channels

• Be the first point of contact for social media queries and complaints

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and contribute to monthly reporting

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our digital strategy

Who Will Flourish In This Position

• Has a natural flair for writing both professionally and creatively

• Can produce engaging content for online and offline audiences

• Demonstrates strong communication skills to deliver a positive customer experience

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in media, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)

• Is passionate about digital marketing and understands best practices for content development

• Pays close attention to detail when creating, analysing, and refining social media content and metrics
