What’s On Offer
As a Sales Estimator, you’ll be the go-to expert for pricing and cost accuracy across Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every job is set up for success from the start, working closely with sales consultants and internal teams to deliver compliant, cost-effective estimates that support our customers’ home-building journey.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate sales estimates, variations, and fixed-price packages
- Ensure compliance with building codes, developer guidelines, and energy standards
- Maintain margin integrity and meet production targets
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries and improve processes
- Support continuous improvement through quality control and documentation accuracy
What You’ll Bring
You’re a detail-driven professional with experience in residential construction estimating. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in sales estimating with a volume builder
- Tertiary qualifications in building and construction
- Strong ability to interpret drawings, reports, and specifications
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Confidence working independently and solving problems proactively
