What’s On Offer
As a Draftsperson in our Knockdown Rebuild Team, you’ll play a key role in transforming design concepts into build-ready documentation. You’ll use Archicad software to prepare design sketches, town planning applications, and working drawings—but you’ll also be part of an exciting transition to Revit, helping shape the future of drafting at ABN Group.
This is a fantastic time to join a supportive and collaborative team, where you’ll contribute to meaningful projects and be part of a broader drafting transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed drawings including construction documentation
- Quality check plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Reflect dispensations, Council and Developer requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet programmed delivery dates
- Contribute to the transition from Archicad to Revit
What You’ll Bring
- Experience using Archicad (Revit exposure is a bonus!)
- Understanding of contract documentation and construction techniques
- Minimum Cert IV in Residential Drafting
- Knowledge of construction codes and residential building practices
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail, patience, and pride in your work
