The Role

The role will be based in the Perth metro region and in this role, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality projects in accordance with the Australian Building Codes and the ABN Group’s safety standards.

Reporting to our Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will be.

• Oversee site safety and quality
• Supervise all trades across structural, services and finishes
• Coordinate materials and deliveries
• Manage site communication, inductions and toolbox meetings
• Drive the construction program to achieve on‑time PC
• Support budget and cost management with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator
• Ensure workmanship meets codes and company standards
• Interpret plans, engineering reports and specifications

A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. To be considered for the role you will have;

• Experience working on and supervising residential or commercial sites.

• Strong planning, programming and leadership capability

• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight timeframes

• Solid understanding of codes, standards and construction documentation

• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and attention to detail

• Team‑focused, positive and committed to great customer service
