The Role
The role will be based in the Perth metro region and in this role, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality projects in accordance with the Australian Building Codes and the ABN Group’s safety standards.
Reporting to our Construction Manager, your key responsibilities will be.
- Oversee site safety and quality
- Supervise all trades across structural, services and finishes
- Coordinate materials and deliveries
- Manage site communication, inductions and toolbox meetings
- Drive the construction program to achieve on‑time PC
- Support budget and cost management with the Project Manager & Contract Administrator
- Ensure workmanship meets codes and company standards
- Interpret plans, engineering reports and specifications
- Deliver strong customer service
You
A high level of team spirit coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. To be considered for the role you will have;

Experience working on and supervising residential or commercial sites.

Strong planning, programming and leadership capability

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight timeframes
