What's on offer? 

As a People Services Coordinator (internally called People Services Officer) you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional human resources and administration services to all team members throughout the employment lifecycle. 

In this hands-on role, your success is achieved through exceptional attention to detail, organisational capability, and a drive to provide an awesome team member experience. 

Key accountability areas include: 

  • HR advice and administration management 
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities 
  • Ensure all employment changes are accurately managed 
  • Partner with external providers to coordinate employment contracts 
  • Maintain accurate and up to date team member records 
  • Data reporting, including HR metrics, WGEA and Company engagement program 
  • Coordinate probation review process with leaders 

 

What can you bring? 

As an experienced HR professional you will have a proven ability in interpreting and applying modern awards. Your high attention to detail, exceptional organisation and relationship building skills will ensure your ongoing success in this fast-paced role. 

You will also bring: 

  • HR acumen, including knowledge of the industrial landscape and fair work act 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving. 
  • Data reporting using relevant systems (e.g., Chris21) 
  • Your customer centric mindset and a great sense of fun
