The Company

For more than 45 years, ABN Group has been a leader in the building, property, and finance industries, helping thousands of Australians turn the dream of home ownership into reality. We've delivered over 90,000 homes across Western Australia and Victoria — from first homes to luxury builds — earning the trust of our community along the way.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Desktop Support Analyst to play a key part in delivering an exceptional technology experience for our people. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of desktop support — diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and identifying opportunities to improve how we work.

You’ll be a trusted go‑to resource for end‑users and an important contributor to maintaining a stable, efficient, and secure technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident, problem & request management: Accurately record, categorise, prioritise, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
  • Hardware & software management: Handle installation, deployment, imaging, and configuration of hardware and licensed software, including mobile device management via Intune
  • User administration & support: Provide general user administration (AD, Exchange, Office365), phone support, and onsite assistance as required
  • Knowledge sharing: Create and maintain high-quality knowledge articles within the ITSM toolset to improve efficiency

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a solid technical foundation and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, and application deployment
  • Excellent PC hardware/software troubleshooting skills
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A valid driver’s licence

Why ABN?

We're not just offering a job; we're inviting you to be part of a community that values innovation, passion, and excellence. Our employee benefits include:

  • In-House Discounts: Exclusive discounts to enjoy
  • Flexibility: Work arrangements tailored to support your work-life balance
  • Career Growth: Opportunities to elevate your career within a thriving organisation
