The Role

As a Site Manager Starts, you will utilise your technical and practical construction knowledge to build high-quality homes in accordance with all relevant Building Codes and ABN Group’s safety and compliance standards.

Reporting into our Construction Manager, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Conduct daily site inspections and manage job rounds to ensure compliance and check quality of workmanship and materials
  • Utilise computer programs and technology to assist with accurate reporting of job progress
  • Reach stage claim and completion targets in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trades and suppliers
  • Utilise knowledge and experience of construction to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Who Will Be Successful

To be successful in your application, the following qualities and experiences will be considered favourable:

  • Recent Site Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industry
  • Relevant trade qualification and Diploma in Building and Construction
  • Intuitive knowledge to operate computer programs effectively
  • Ability to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codes
  • Current C Class Drives License and White Card (mandatory)
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Openness to learning and drive for continuous improvement
