What’s on Offer

Based in our Geelong Showroom, this role is first and foremost about leading and supporting people. As the Showroom Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of Interior and Joinery Designers, creating an environment where they feel supported, clear on expectations and confident in their work.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where success is defined by team engagement, capability development and day‑to‑day support, particularly during busy periods and times of change.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, support and coach the team through day‑to‑day work
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular feedback, development conversations and performance support
  • Create clarity around priorities, expectations and workload balance
  • Support the team through change with empathy, consistency and visibility
  • Encourage collaboration, accountability and a positive, inclusive team culture
  • Act as a first point of escalation, supporting both team members and customer outcomes
  • Build confidence, resilience and continuous learning across the team

What you'll bring

You’re a people‑focused leader who enjoys being present, approachable and supportive. You lead with empathy, communicate clearly, and take pride in helping others grow and succeed.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence having performance, development and wellbeing conversations
  • A calm, flexible and adaptable leadership style
  • Resilience and positivity during periods of change
  • A genuine passion for people leadership and team development
