Based in our Geelong Showroom, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our Interior and Joinery Design team in delivering an exceptional customer selections journey. As the Showroom Team Manager, you will oversee team performance, strategic workflow planning, and a customer experience that reflects excellence at every touchpoint. Your leadership will directly influence how customers experience one of the most exciting stages of their home‑building journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing, customer‑centric team
  • Manage workforce planning and daily workflow operations
  • Enhance, manage, and execute the Showroom strategy
  • Communicate key business updates, milestones and customer insights
  • Resolve escalated customer and stakeholder queries
  • Promote a culture of proactive behaviours and continuous improvement

 

What you'll bring
