Our Home Assist team is looking for a Service Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team. Home Assist is the service and maintenance division of ABN Group, Australia’s leader in construction, property and finance, combining 40 years of home building expertise and the strength of our Group into a specialist division wholly focussed on this important stage of the new homeownership journey. We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach to the service needs of homebuilders and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the maintenance period of every home we build.
The Role
As a Service Manager, you will utilise your extensive technical and practical residential construction knowledge to achieve timely and effective customer resolutions, managing any service queries required for the maintenance of our homes.
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Provide positive customer experience for our clients as they live in their home
- Manage home maintenance for our display homes, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard
- Conduct routine service, quality and compliance inspections
- Manage remedial works and conduct quality control checks to ensure exceptional results
- Regularly liaise with After Care Consultants and Service Coordinators
- Effectively communicate, promote and maintain safe working environment/practices on site
- Monitor and manage trade and supplier performance on site
- Ensure any issues or queries are effectively managed and resolved in a timely manner
You
To succeed in this role, you will have the following attributes:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders
- Experience within the residential building industry
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Well organised and superior time management
- Driven for continuous improvement
- A trade certificate isn't necessary but if you do, that's a bonus!
