The Role

Manage a portfolio of development projects alongside a dedicated team, ensuring the seamless coordination of construction and land titling process, alongside the delivery of strategic project outcomes.

Other key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate development projects with clients, consultants, and partners to achieve project outcomes
  • Conduct feasibility studies and ensure accurate financial modelling for development opportunities
  • Track and report on project milestones and financial obligations, ensuring timely delivery
  • Implement project frameworks for safety, design reviews, and effective project execution
  • Develop and execute strategies for land development and innovative project solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve project roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery
  • Secure necessary government approvals and clearances for successful project completion
  • Lead master-planned communities and unique projects while engaging in industry committees

You

We’re looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead development projects and drive successful outcomes.  You will be known for your expertise in the end to end delivery of land development projects and the delivery of volume.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strategic thinking with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong experience in managing and delivering development projects
  • Skilled at liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Financially savvy with the ability to create and interpret feasibility models
  • Proven ability to identify and solve project roadblocks efficiently
  • Familiar with securing government approvals and adhering to planning regulations
  • Leadership experience in driving project innovation and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Planning, Property Commerce (desirable)
