What You’ll Do

As an Estimator in our Cost Estimating team, you will - 

  • Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for new home designs, facades, and display homes
  • Support the release of new products by ensuring pricing and documentation are market-ready
  • Assist in setting retail pricing to meet margin targets
  • Review and audit documentation to ensure buildability and quality standards
  • Maintain and update master BOQs and price books
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet product release timelines
  • Produce display home costings, manage variations, and support construction queries
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve pricing and ordering issues
  • Provide accurate information and support to Sales and Estimating teams


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in production estimating and/or BOQ estimating
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods
  • Ability to interpret drawings, engineering details, and specifications
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
