We're looking for a Residential Scheduler to join our Construction Estimating team and play a critical role in transforming plans into homes. Whether you're an experienced scheduler or have a strong residential construction background and are ready to step into scheduling, this is an opportunity to build your career with an industry leader.

About The Role 

As a Residential Scheduler, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate material quantities, labour requirements and construction schedules that set our projects up for success.

You'll work closely with construction, estimating, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure every home is costed accurately and ready for construction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate material take-offs and labour schedules using industry-leading software
  • Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure schedule accuracy
  • Processing variations and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  • Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
  • Assisting with supplier and subcontractor invoice authorisation
  • Contributing to team knowledge-sharing and process improvement

About You 

We're looking for someone who combines construction knowledge with a strong eye for detail.

  • Experience in residential scheduling, estimating, construction administration or a related role
  • Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials and terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
