About the Role

We’re looking for a driven New Home Sales Consultant to represent one of our three brands – Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes and Dale Alcock Homes – across the Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River regions.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, manage company-generated leads and guide buyers through their home-building journey, from initial enquiry through to new home sale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Converting new enquiries and company-generated leads into sales
• Generating referrals through existing customers and your own network
• Creating tailored home and land packages
• Staying across new products and land availability
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales information
• Building strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey

About You

You’re a motivated, customer-focused sales professional with the drive to succeed and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their home ownership goals. You’ll bring:
