The Role

The person in this role is expected to be a senior and willing to take on varied activities to serve business priorities. Skills include technical aspects, self-motivation, independence, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Tester, managing end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles
• Proficient in analyzing test results, documenting root causes, and collaborating with development teams for issue resolution
• Skilled in creating test plans, test cases, and executing tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and quality delivery
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright, including C# and REST API automation
• Strong expertise in designing and enhancing Test Automation frameworks and developing maintainable automation tests
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test management and UAT coordination, facilitating stakeholder sign-off
• Committed to establishing best practices in automation testing and contributing to continuous improvement in QA processes
• Passionate about mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

You

To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation and framework design
• Proven track record in agile delivery environments and collaboration within high-performing teams
• Skilled in integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Familiar with multiple test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with automating Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Knowledgeable in cloud platforms and services, such as AWS and Azure
• Understanding of API testing and microservices architecture
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building scalable, efficient automation solutions for comprehensive test coverage
