Why This Role Will Excite You

As Accounts Receivable Manager, you’ll oversee the AR function, ensuring seamless processes, compliance, and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the General Manager – Finance Business Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving cash flow, driving operational efficiency, and aligning accounts receivable processes with ABN Group’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and streamlining billing operations to ensure accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Managing collections processes, ensuring adherence to contracts and recovery of funds.
  • Overseeing customer data compliance, including privacy and verification protocols.
  • Coordinating audit responses and ensuring accurate financial data for reporting.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Supporting and developing a high-performing AR team.

 

What You’ll Bring

You are an experienced Accounts Receivable professional with a strong financial background and a passion for improving processes through leadership and innovation. Your ability to foster strong relationships and deliver results sets you apart.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Expertise in billing, collections, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and financial standards.
  • Proficiency in financial and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience conducting data audits and maintaining customer master data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with period-end reconciliation and audit preparation.
  • A finance or accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and drive a results-focused team.
