The Role

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving success for our Sales Department! As a pivotal support to our New Home Consultants, you'll be providing essential support that keeps our home-building process running smoothly by monitoring the flow of jobs. You'll also provide essential administrative support to our Sales Development Manager and Sales Manager, and work closely with the entire Sales Team.

Additional key responsibilities will include:

  • Approve and qualify new deals, ensuring expectations are set
  • Follow up on missing sales file items and manage month-end close
  • Coordinate file checks with Approvals Officers and address non-compliance
  • Manage rosters and rotate New Homes Consultants in EMT Maintenance
  • Generate weekly traffic reports and track pre-construction progress
  • Manage CRM systems and reallocate clients when needed
  • Support Sales Development Manager with diary, meetings, and presentations
  • Promote team culture and provide sales updates and ad hoc support

 

You

You’re an authentic, committed, and driven individual with a positive attitude and a passion for speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Organisational skills will see you succeeding in this role, together with:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Strong IT and administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to be resilient and manage pressure
  • Ability to assist in managing a diverse Sales team
  • Effective communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience within a Residential Building Company will be positively regarded
