As a key interface across ABN Group, the P&A team partners closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact digital solutions that support strategic initiatives and drive lasting value. 

The Role 

Reporting to the Test Practice Manager, you will support a digital transformation's project testing activities. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will take on all forms of functional and technical testing under the guidance of a Test Manager.

Key responsibilities include:  

• Managing end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles 
• Deep analysis and creating complex test case scenarios using industry test tools
• Analysing test results, documenting root causes, and collaborating with Development teams for issue resolution 
• Helping establish best practices in testing and contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes 
• Creating test plans, executing tests and producing reports ensuring comprehensive test coverage, traceability and quality delivery 
• Mentor and assist team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence 

You 

You’re a career Test professional with experience building scalable, efficient test solutions using a risk-based test approach. Your skills with stakeholder management and effective communication skills will see you succeed in this role.   

Other skills and experiences include: 

• Demonstrated knowledge of test methodologies, approaches and frameworks 
• Hands-on experience as a Senior Test Analyst or equivalent test role
• Knowledge in Azure DevOps, cloud platforms and Software as a Service (Saas)
• Sound understanding of functional and integration testing
• Proven track record in agile delivery environments in collaboration with diverse teams
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Finance ERP systems will be highly regarded
