The Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑driven Contract Estimator to join our team. Reporting to the Contract Estimator Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring all costing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct cost assessments for sales, prestart, and administration teams

• Prepare accurate budgets, costings, and contract quotations

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare accurate Addenda and maintain compliant documentation

• Contribute to securing profitable projects

• Ensure all deadlines are met with precision and consistency

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Strong understanding of residential construction methods

• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
