About the role

We're looking for a passionate people leader to join Home Collective as our Selections Manager on a full-time, 12-month fixed term basis. Whether your background is in selections, interior design, pre-start, construction or a similar consultative environment, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team and help shape one of the most important stages of the home-building journey. You'll work closely with Retail Building Consultants (RBCs), product specialists and the Retail Centre leadership team to deliver a seamless customer experience, develop team capability and drive continuous improvement across the selections process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Selections team, through coaching, training and performance management to foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Drive an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the delivery of colour and selections consultations, managing appointment capacity and ensuring seamless customer journeys.
• Build team capability and product expertise, ensuring consultants maintain strong knowledge of products, design trends, home designs and the broader building process.
• Manage operational performance, including workflow planning, documentation accuracy, customer satisfaction outcomes and key service delivery metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, support business objectives and continuously improve the Retail Centre experience for customers and stakeholders.
