Your Impact

As Regional Warranty Manager, you’ll lead the performance and delivery of warranty services across your region, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while balancing quality, cost, and operational efficiency.

You’ll coach and develop a team of Warranty Site Managers, building a high-performing, engaged culture that takes ownership of results and consistently delivers on customer expectations.

Acting as the escalation point for complex warranty matters, you’ll bring strong technical expertise and sound judgement to resolve issues, manage disputes, and ensure consistent decision-making across all claims.

You’ll also play a key role in driving continuous improvement—analysing defect trends, identifying emerging risks, and working cross-functionally with construction, product, and operational teams to improve build quality and reduce future issues.

With accountability for regional spend, you’ll manage budgets, drive cost control, and ensure strong trade and supplier performance while maintaining a sharp focus on customer experience and early intervention strategies.

Ultimately, your leadership will ensure our warranty function not only resolves issues—but proactively improves how we deliver homes for the future.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership experience, ideally managing field-based or construction-related teams
  • Solid background in residential construction, with the ability to understand defects and technical issues
  • Proven experience handling complex customer escalations, disputes, or warranty matters
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
  • A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
