The Role

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Receptionist role will be one of the first points of contact for anyone contacting the DAHSW office. As part of our Customer Experience team you will be greeting customers in a warm, friendly and professional manner and addressing their requests. 

Your responsibilities will include but not limit you to:

  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Answering and redirect phone calls in an efficient, professional manner
  • General office duties
  • General administrative tasks

About You

We are looking for a team member who is comfortable managing the switchboard efficiently whilst also undertaking varied administrative and office tasks. To be considered for this role you will have:

  • A passion for providing a great customer experience
  • Experience working in a receptionist role (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience liaising with a range of stakeholders including Executives
  • Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner
  • Excellent time management
  • Great computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
