What’s on Offer?

Following an internal promotion, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our newly established AR team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a function undergoing a major transformation, with new leadership, fresh direction, and a strong focus on driving efficiency and results.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Finance team, for managing the complete AR cycle with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Process daily bank statements, complete bank reconciliations and allocate receipts and payments accurately 
  • Raise and issue a high volume of invoices in an efficient and timely manner
  • Proactively follow up invoices and progress claims for payment
  • Accurately maintain all accounts receivable records and reports
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
  • Review contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar Credit role
  • Strong attention to detail and experience handling high volumes of transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Knowledge of AR processes, including bank reconciliation process and journals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and customers
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for learning and development
