At ABN Group, we’re all about building dreams—literally. We’re Australia’s leading construction, property, and finance company, with a strong presence across Victoria and Western Australia. Whether it’s a first home or a luxury build, we’ve got it covered.

In Victoria, you might know us through our awesome brands like Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, and Resolve Finance.

What We Offer

At ABN Group, we know our people are the key to our success — and we make sure they feel it. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • A competitive salary and generous discounts on our products
  • Recognition for your hard work through rewards programs
  • Health and wellbeing support, including access to our Employee Assistance Program
  • Industry-leading parental leave and opportunities to give back through paid volunteer days
  • Plenty of learning and development to help you grow your career

We’re big on celebrating wins, building each other up, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued. Expect regular social events, a great team vibe, and leaders who are approachable, supportive, and heading in the same direction.

What’s the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a Product Release Estimator to play a key role in bringing new housing products, facades, and showroom upgrades to market. This role is essential to ensuring our Sales Consultants have accurate, up‑front pricing and that our construction teams receive well‑prepared, buildable documentation from day one.

In this role, you will:

  • Produce accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for homes, and facades
  • Maintain and improve Master BOQs and price books
  • Audit documentation for buildability, drafting quality, and pricing accuracy
  • Work with the Estimating Cost Manager to set retail pricing
  • Identify opportunities to lift documentation quality, reduce rework, and improve margin outcomes

This is a role where you’ll have real ownership, influence product quality, and directly contribute to our commercial success.

What You’ll Bring

Your proven ability in production estimating for a volume residential builder will ensure your ongoing success in this role.

You will also have:

  • An ability to read and interpret drawings, engineering reports, soil tests, and specifications
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods
  • High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers
  • Exposure to product release, retail pricing or BOQ auditing

Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive, proactive mindset, a passion for getting things right the first time, and a drive to continuously improve how we work.

Why Join ABN Group?

People really are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we work in.

We hire based on talent, passion, and potential—so no matter your background, we’d love to hear from you.

You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply.
