Our Company

Boeing Plumbing is one of the largest domestic plumbing operations in Western Australia. As part of the ABN Group, WA’s leading residential building company, we provide quality plumbing services to more than five industry partners as well as our successful maintenance division.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to work closely with our Construction Manager across residential construction sites. You’ll be supported by a well-resourced office team who take care of labour scheduling and material ordering — so you can stay focused on the job and what’s happening onsite.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily site checks to ensure jobs are ready to proceed
  • Carrying out final inspections and quality control at key stages
  • Pricing and closing out variations and extra works onsite
  • Managing wages and coordinating subcontractor teams
  • Working with building supervisors to resolve onsite issues quickly

About You

You’re a capable plumber who takes pride in quality work and enjoys leading others on site. Previous supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential if you’re a strong tradesperson ready to step up.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple jobs
  • Clear communication and a professional approach with customers and teams
  • Solid knowledge of two-storey and lightweight construction
  • Demonstrated leadership or a desire to move into a leadership role
  • A positive attitude toward ongoing training and development
  • Sound knowledge of plumbing in Western Australia, with all relevant licences, certificates and qualifications

What’s In It For You

  • Company vehicle, iPad and mobile phone provided
  • Strong office-based support to help you focus on the job, not the admin
  • Be part of a business that values quality workmanship, innovation and teamwork
  • Flexible work arrangements to support work–life balance where possible
  • Career development opportunities within a large, stable and growing organisation
  • A strong wellbeing focus, including programs that support your physical and mental health
  • Access to in-house employee discounts
  • Paid parental leave for both primary and non-primary carers
