What’s On Offer

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our Shown teams (Interior Design, Joinery & Lifestyle) who deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to our Victorian Showroom Manager, you’ll oversee operations across our Docklands and Geelong Showrooms, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. You’ll lead a team of three Team Managers and oversee the operations of 20. Collaborating across the business, you’ll bring our Customer Experience framework to life and help us achieve our goal of being the “Most Loved” brand in our market.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team of Showroom consultants
  • Manage workforce planning, workflow optimisation, and process governance
  • Drive performance across capacity, revenue, and documentation metrics
  • Deliver and interpret weekly/monthly operational reporting
  • Champion continuous improvement and lead successful change initiatives

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment
  • Demonstrated success leading showroom operations, ideally within volume building or a related industry
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows and reporting
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple teams
  • A passion for developing people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
