What You'll Be Working On

Reporting to the New Product Design Manager, you'll play a key role in the Design team, supporting retail objectives and initiatives.

• Produce and document concepts aligned with ABN Group strategy and briefs
• Collaborate with Land & Development Partnering teams to support projects outcomes
• Ensure homes meet market segmentation, building parameters and compliance requirements
• Provide governance of design process, documentation and templates
• Review products against planning reforms, energy standards and accessibility requirements

About You

You bring knowledge of residential R-Codes, NCC and shire regulations, ensuring compliance in every design. Your background in WA residential drafting or design equips you with practical expertise. 

• Have a strong drafting and construction detailing skills
• Highly organised, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Understand diverse construction methods with precision
• Excel in ArchiCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Communicate clearly and collaborate seamlessly 
• Growth mindset and eager to develop.
