What’s On Offer

We’re looking for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our Boutique Homes team in the south eastern suburbs (Berwick, Pakenham, or Cranbourne). Based in one of our beautiful Boutique Homes display homes, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers beginning their home‑building journey.

This role focuses on selling House and Land packages, guiding customers through their options, and providing an exceptional experience that reflects the Boutique Homes brand.

The position is also an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their sales career — ideal for a Sales Cadet, Sales Assistant or someone early in their sales journey who is motivated to learn, grow and build a long‑term career in residential building.

You will receive an ongoing flow of qualified leads through our strong marketing channels and will be responsible for converting enquiries into successful new home contracts.

 

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement and Sales
• Build strong, genuine relationships with new and prospective customers
• Convert leads from display foot traffic, enquiries and campaigns into new home contracts
• Create tailored House and Land packages to meet customer needs
• Generate referral sales through existing customers and your professional network

Operational Excellence
• Maintain and update accurate sales data in internal systems
• Develop deep product knowledge, including new designs, land opportunities and build processes
• Present display homes professionally and ensure an outstanding customer experience

Customer Experience
• Manage customer relationships from first contact through to contract signing
• Provide consistent, high‑quality service aligned with the Boutique Homes premium brand

 

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for people and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong selling, communication and negotiation skills
• A high level of self‑motivation, resilience and drive to exceed targets
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Previous experience in sales, or readiness to step up from a Cadet or Assistant role
