The Role

The My Home Plan Specialist is supporting clients in savings, debt reduction and credit repair through our My Home Plan program. The role involves working with clients to overcome financial obstacles and achieve home loan qualification, in collaboration with Resolve Brokers or Franchisees.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Confirm client’s borrowing capacity and home and land package pricing with brokers, then relay information to consultants and finance coaches
  • Identify and address financial setbacks within the My Home Plan program
  • Schedule and conduct My Home Plan consultations, confirming client goals and desired package prices
  • Promote and cross sell ABN related products to enhance client’s home loan applications
  • Ensure compliance with NCCP policies and manage application and identification documentation
  • Develop and present tailored programs with clear pricing, goals and timeframes and communicate with all relevant parties
  • Monitor client progress, request supporting documentation and report on milestones and issues to relevant consultants and brokers
  • Update consultants and brokers on client progress including contract signings, land allocations and loan application stages

You

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge of current financial market and all related parties (builder, land agent, broker)
  • Ability to identify client’s current financial situation and recognise financial challenges
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Strong time management and negotiating skills
  • Previous finance broking experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (advantageous but not essential)
