About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Project Lead to play a key role in the optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and the integration of Hyphen, our new operational platform.
Reporting to the National Accounts Receivable Manager, this role will act as the central coordination point across Accounts Receivable, Transformation teams, IT, Operations and external partners, driving the delivery of billing, credit and collections configuration, process improvement, systems integration and reporting initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong D365 and ERP experience with project coordination, business analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Working closely with key business stakeholders, you will help shape future-state AR processes, support system enhancements and contribute to a major business transformation program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the coordination of Accounts Receivable projects, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the optimisation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including Credit & Collections functionality.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, Customer Service and Operations to deliver successful system and business outcomes.
- Manage project plans, action registers, risks, issues and key deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Support the integration of D365 with Hyphen, ensuring processes, data and reporting requirements are aligned.
- Gather and document business requirements and assist with future-state process design.
- Oversee user Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and business readiness activities.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure actions are followed through to completion.
About You
You are a proactive and organised professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex projects. You have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP platforms and are confident engaging with both business and technical stakeholders to drive outcomes.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and have a strong ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and support successful project delivery.
You'll also bring:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other ERP systems.
- Experience supporting system implementations, integrations or transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, reporting and Excel skills.
- Experience with business requirements, process documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, Operations and external partners.
- Experience driving process improvements, change initiatives and business adoption of new systems.
