Your Impact
As the Estimating Manager, you'll lead our Sales and Building Estimating teams across Victoria, driving estimating accuracy, operational performance, and strong customer outcomes throughout the preconstruction journey.
- Lead the Sales and Building Estimating teams to achieve production, quality, and performance targets
- Drive estimating accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure pricing, costings, and deal approvals align with governance and margin expectations
- Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Construction, Operations, and Procurement to improve business outcomes
- Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership
- Lead reporting, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational improvements across the estimating function
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within estimating, preconstruction, residential building, or a related operational environment
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, estimating principles, cost management, and production processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive accountability, engagement, and results
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Experience delivering process improvements, business change, and operational efficiencies
- A collaborative, proactive leadership style and a passion for developing people and improving outcomes.
