Your Impact

As the Estimating Manager, you'll lead our Sales and Building Estimating teams across Victoria, driving estimating accuracy, operational performance, and strong customer outcomes throughout the preconstruction journey.

  • Lead the Sales and Building Estimating teams to achieve production, quality, and performance targets
  • Drive estimating accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure pricing, costings, and deal approvals align with governance and margin expectations
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Construction, Operations, and Procurement to improve business outcomes
  • Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership
  • Lead reporting, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational improvements across the estimating function


What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience within estimating, preconstruction, residential building, or a related operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction, estimating principles, cost management, and production processes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive accountability, engagement, and results
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
  • Experience delivering process improvements, business change, and operational efficiencies
  • A collaborative, proactive leadership style and a passion for developing people and improving outcomes.
