The Role

Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector, this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills. This vacancy is to cover a period of maternity leave.

In this diverse role you will be part of a team responsible for helping the Brand Manager by:

• Assisting in the development, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns and activities
• Monitoring, reporting and analysis of marketing channel performance
• Briefing, liaising and coordinating with external agencies and metro counterparts
• Website and content management in conjunction with the wider marketing team
• Coordination and delivery of marketing materials to launch display homes and support New Homes Consultants
• Copy writing in our brand tone for eDM’s and website content/landing pages
• Coordination of customer contact strategies across email and SMS
• Managing invoicing and assisting with the management of the annual marketing budget
• Assisting with coordination of events, attendance required where applicable (approximately once per every 1-2 months)

About You

You’re a passionate and experienced marketing professional, wanting to build a career within the business and are willing to go over and above to achieve this. You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication preferred
• Interest of experience in construction, real estate or digital agency
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing software
• Experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of digital and social media channels
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Keen attention to detail with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
