The Role
Working for a market leader within the competitive residential building sector this is a holistic marketing role within an innovative marketing environment where you will utilise and develop a broad range of skills.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Stock control management of all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sales documents and signage items
- Assist with social media coordination, ad placement and monitor
- Update website and intranet ensuring all content is current and accurate at all times
- Assist Marketing Coordinators and Digital Marketing Coordinators as required
- Liaise with advertising agencies for new collateral and amendments
- Assist team with House and Land packages – creating flyers, uploading packages on website
- Weekly and monthly reporting of marketing channel performance as required
- Assist the Marketing Coordinator with the coordination of display home marketing material
- Review and report on eDM performance to ensure ongoing engagement and enquiry to optimise outcomes
About You
You’re a passionate and experienced marketing professional, wanting to build a career within the business and are willing to go over and above to achieve this. You will succeed in this role if you have the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach, strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
