About the role
As our Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you’ll partner with business leaders to shape our financial strategy. You'll deliver forecasts, build advanced financial models, and support the budgeting process, all while providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions.
As our FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Producing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.
- Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Assisting with business planning, target setting and KPI reporting.
- Maintaining and improving central cost allocation models across the business.
- Preparing executive presentations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
- Partnering with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and reporting processes.
About You
You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and turning complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
You'll also bring:
- Previous experience in an FP&A Analyst or similar commercial finance role.
- Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, Power Query, and the ability to automate and improve reporting processes.
- Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools to develop insightful dashboards and reports (highly regarded).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience using ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded.
