About the role

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you’ll partner with business leaders to shape our financial strategy. You'll deliver forecasts, build advanced financial models, and support the budgeting process, all while providing data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions.

As our FP&A Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Producing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Developing financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Assisting with business planning, target setting and KPI reporting.
• Maintaining and improving central cost allocation models across the business.
• Preparing executive presentations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Partnering with Finance Business Partners and operational stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvements.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems and reporting processes.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and turning complex financial information into meaningful business insights.

You'll also bring:

• Previous experience in an FP&A Analyst or similar commercial finance role.
• Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, Power Query, and the ability to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools to develop insightful dashboards and reports (highly regarded).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience highly regarded.
