You'll manage a varied portfolio of learning projects, balancing planned initiatives with emerging business priorities. We're looking for someone who is agile, highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment, viewing every request, large or small, as an opportunity to add value and make a meaningful impact across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and develop engaging eLearning solutions using Articulate 360 or similar instructional design platforms
- Create blended learning programs incorporating digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences
- Facilitate engaging workshops, leadership programs and capability initiatives across all levels of the business
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning solutions
- Support learning initiatives across Retail & Sales, Construction, Operations, IT and Leadership teams
- Manage multiple learning projects concurrently while balancing changing priorities and business needs
- Coach leaders and subject matter experts to develop learning content and build capability

- Contribute to organisational development, leadership and culture initiatives across the Group
About You
You're someone who can comfortably move between the role of designer, facilitator and trusted advisor.

- Advanced instructional design capability, with proven experience developing engaging online learning content using Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring platforms
- Advanced facilitation skills, with confidence delivering learning programs and workshops to diverse audiences across all organisational levels
- Experience managing multiple learning projects simultaneously while adapting to changing business priorities
- Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience developing blended learning solutions across digital, virtual and face-to-face environments
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent learning and development qualification
