The Role

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Support project teams to implement, maintain and improve the PACT Integrated Management System
• Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections and internal and external audits
• Provide accurate and timely technical advice to stakeholders and to assist with legal compliance
• Review subcontractor HSEQ documentation as part of the onboarding process and assist them to develop and document safety processes
• Establish a cooperative working relationship with all stakeholders, including subcontractors, regulators and clients
• Lead incident and injury management including reporting and investigations
• Work with the project team to review and monitor subcontractor HSEQ performance
• Attend meetings to provide HSEQ advice and guidance

You

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Demonstrated experience working in construction or similar industry
• Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
• Current Drivers Licence (minimum C class)
• Construction Induction Training (White Card)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong computer software skills including MS Office
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Be able to work as part of a team
