As our NSW franchise network continues to expand, we are seeking a Franchise Development Manager who is passionate about helping brokers build successful businesses and contributing to the growth of a high-performing network.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the NSW State Manager, the Franchise Development Manager plays an important role in strengthening the capability, performance and growth of the Resolve franchise network.

This role focuses on partnering with franchisees and brokers to help them grow sustainable businesses through strategic planning, coaching and relationship development. You will work alongside brokers to identify opportunities, build strong referral networks and strengthen lender and industry relationships.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of the network by supporting recruitment, onboarding and the transition of employee brokers into successful franchise owners.

The Impact You Will Have

This role plays an important part in shaping the growth of the Resolve Finance franchise network in NSW. You will work closely with brokers who are building their own businesses, helping them strengthen strategy, expand referral partnerships and improve productivity. Your ability to coach, influence and connect people will contribute directly to the success of our brokers and the continued expansion of the Resolve brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Franchisee Development and Performance

  • Partner with franchisees to develop and implement business plans that drive sustainable growth and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to help brokers strengthen pipeline management, conversion and settlement outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and work with brokers to implement strategies that support business growth.

Network Growth and Development

  • Work with the State Manager to support recruitment and onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Assist employee brokers as they transition into franchise ownership, ensuring they are equipped to build successful businesses.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of a strong and collaborative franchise network.

Partnership and Relationship Development

  • Work with brokers to identify and develop strategic and referral partnerships that generate new opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with lenders and key industry stakeholders to support the success of the network.

Broker Capability and Support

  • Provide guidance on lender policy, credit scenarios and effective use of Resolve systems.
  • Identify capability gaps and coordinate training, mentoring and development initiatives where required.
  • Support the Resolve mentoring program and contribute to broker capability development.

Engagement and Culture

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive culture across the NSW network through regular engagement, forums and events.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration between brokers to support collective success.

About You

You are a relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping others succeed. You bring strong commercial awareness and a passion for coaching business owners to achieve better outcomes.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident working with brokers, lenders and industry partners to identify opportunities and drive results.

Your experience may include:

  • Success in a sales, business development or broker leadership role
  • Experience working with mortgage brokers, franchisees or sales teams
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship management skills
  • The ability to influence and guide business owners
  • Mortgage broking, banking or finance industry experience (desirable)
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience
