What You Will Be Working On

You'll transform marketing briefs into high-performing digital assets across ABN's brand portfolio, managing everything from landing pages and email journeys to website enhancements and lead generation campaigns. Working through Monday.com workflows, you'll optimise Marketing Cloud journeys, conduct campaign audits, and collaborate on post-campaign analysis whilst mastering tools like Zapier, Everest, and Microsoft Clarity.

  • Campaign execution - Create conversion-focused landing pages, emails, and digital assets
  • Workflow management - Manage briefs and projects across multiple brands through Monday.com
  • Technical optimisation - Maintain Marketing Cloud journeys and troubleshoot mar-tech issues
  • Performance analysis - Apply UTM frameworks, conduct audits, and contribute to strategic insights
  • Content creation - Develop copy across websites, email, and social channels with focus on results

 

Who Will Be Successful

You'll have 2-4 years of digital marketing experience with strong understanding of performance drivers across websites, email, SEO, UX, and campaign optimisation. Your superpower is translating complex digital concepts into plain English whilst managing multiple projects across brands with exceptional attention to detail and copywriting skills.

  • Digital expertise - Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms
  • Communication skills - Clear, confident communicator who excels at stakeholder management
  • Technical proficiency - Comfortable with workflow tools like Monday.com and mar-tech troubleshooting
  • Project management - Strong time management skills juggling multiple briefs and stakeholders
