What You Will Be Working On

You'll work at the heart of our procurement operations, using analytical expertise to drive strategic decision-making and cost management initiatives across our residential building projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain databases and apply analytical tools to support procurement planning and decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of purchasing bids and make recommendations for new/existing agreements
  • Supply chain reporting and vendor performance management
  • Drive display home cost management initiatives and maximise cost saving opportunities
  • Support Executive team with monthly reporting across VIC & WA Operations
  • Maintain cost movement allowances, rate registers, and supplier agreement records
  • Develop technical improvements to enhance customer purchase experience
