This role requires a proactive EA with a passion for supporting senior leaders and an interest in the retail and home sales industry. We’re looking for someone driven, forward-thinking, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll work closely with our General Managers of Retail and Marketing, managing their busy schedules and ensuring seamless organisation across daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced, dynamic industry where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive diary management and organisation for our GM Retail and GM Marketing, anticipating needs and priorities.
  • Prioritising emails and ensuring essential communications are promptly addressed.
  • Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Managing key workflows and supporting office operations to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to provide broader team support and drive organisational success.

What You’ll Bring: 

We're seeking an experienced EA with a proactive, forward-thinking approach who can confidently support senior leaders in a dynamic environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to draft clear, concise communication.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs, with a forward-thinking attitude to help streamline operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling you to create high-quality presentations and manage data efficiently.
  • Confidence in handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism, along with sound judgement and discretion.
  • A positive, adaptable attitude ensuring the GMs’ goals and projects move forward smoothly.
  • Interest in the retail and home sales industry, bringing enthusiasm for learning and growing within this dynamic field.
