What You Will Be Working On

Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager WA, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing construction quality standards by using data-driven insights and supporting compliance initiatives.

  • Oversee and implement quality assurance processes across construction projects
  • Organise and review inspections, audits, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Analyse quality data, identify trends, and present findings to guide improvements
  • Collaborate with teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate training sessions to build awareness and capability in quality standards

With strong communication skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, you’re ready to support and influence teams to achieve high standards across the business.
