The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. This is an exciting time to come on board, as we’re currently undergoing a Finance Transformation and have recently implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365. You’ll play a key role in managing the full accounts receivable cycle, contributing to process improvements and helping shape the future of finance operations. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values continuous improvement and celebrates success.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow up on outstanding payments and progress claims
- Process daily bank statements and complete bank reconciliations
- Raise and issue a high volume of invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reports
- Review contract documentation for final account accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and journal processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in construction or property is a bonus, but not essential
